Parsonage Farm, Gatemoor Lane, Penn Two rows of freestanding photovoltaic cells There is a conflict of interest here between conservation policy (Listed building in the AONB and Green Belt), which would presumably refuse the application, and the obvious merit of the trouble-free production of  solar energy.   Solar panels are now appearing elsewhere in Conservation Areas, apparently without planning permission, and we need a settled policy on which to base decisions.
