Parish Council powers cover a wide range of areas. The main ones which affect this parish are:
The part-time Clerk, is the only Parish Council employee . She is responsible for day to day administration and for implementing the Council’s decisions.
She acts as a conduit for all matters relating to the parish and is responsible for maintenance of all Parish records and documents
She occupies the Parish Council Office which was built in 2010 as an attractive extension behind the Penn Church Hall.
The Council has a committee structure as shown below. All committees report back to the full council where the majority of decisions are made unless specifically delegated.
